• Added About menu for viewing the About Dialog.
• Software code base now has cppcheck and cpplint scripts for code checking and running tests.

Bug Fixes

• Software will retry connections up to ten times when opening the serial port.
• Software will accept empty serial numbers from the instrument.
• Bug fixed where file and data names were not always named for the correct instrument.
• Minor styling bugs addressed and code refactoring.
