LI-7700 Recommended Recalibration Frequency: No regular factory recalibration required.

What is Included with LI-7700 Recalibration?

A factory recalibration includes the following:

Calibration

  • Analyzer stability is checked across the operating temperature range.
  • CH4 analyzer calibration (7 points, 3 temperatures).
  • The accuracy of the calibration function is then verified across the measurement range of CH4.
  • Pressure transducer calibration.
  • Temperature sensors verification.

Tests and Maintenance

  • Clean analyzer, if needed.
  • Change detector housing chemicals.
  • Checked for leaks and repaired as needed.
  • Lithium coin cell battery changed as needed.
  • Check pump control, as well as motor and heater.
  • Upgrade software to the most recent version.
  • Other repairs and maintenance as needed; you'll be notified if additional repairs are required.
