Factory Calibration

Recommended Recalibration Frequency: No regular factory recalibration required.

What's included with LI-710 recalibration?

A factory recalibration includes:

Calibration

  • Calibrate sonic anemometer (wind speed at 0 within 0.05 RMS; sonic temperature within ±0.2 °C).
  • Calibrate flow meter across range and verify performance.
  • Calibrate RH sensors (up to 7 dew points at 3 temperatures).

Tests and Maintenance

  • Check and replace filter as needed.
  • Check and replace O-rings as needed.
  • Update device firmware.
  • Verify functionality and performance.
  • Other repairs and maintenance as needed. Customer approval is required for additional repairs.

After factory service, the serviced instrument should perform as well as a new instrument.
