What's what

The LI-6800AQ package is the full LI-6800, fluorometer, and aquatic chamber. It includes some or all of the components described here. The 6800FAQ package includes the fluorometer and aquatic chamber. The 6800-18 package is just the aquatic chamber.

Aquatic chamber

Without an accompanying fluorometer, the chamber has glass on both sides of the cuvette. It consists of the sample cuvette, water vapor equilibrator, recirculation pump, light sensor aperture, electronics, and additional hardware. A labeled schematic is in Figure 10‑2.

Stand
