Tips for Using Modular Terminals
The Biomet station includes DIN-rail mounted modular terminals to provide electrical connections for sensors, switches, and resistors. Two types of modular terminals are included: 2-position terminals that have two electrically connected terminals, and 4-position terminals that have 4 electrically connected terminals. Red terminals are power (+), blue are ground (-), and gray are signal or auxiliary. The modular terminals can accommodate wires from 26 AWG to 14 AWG.
